I highly recommend Yan and BH Environmental! I spoke with them on the phone on Wednesday afternoon and they were here on Thursday to take samples of our home to check for mold. The technician was informative and efficient! They were so fast with my lab results and sent me everything by the next day! BH Environmental has provided numerous treatments at a large apartment building that I oversee, and which unfortunately -- given the building's age, location and periodic tenant neglect -- has recently been prone to mold issues. Owner Eitan and field manager Ricky consistently give us exemplary, rapid service in assessing and treating mold occurrences. They're often able to come out within a few days to determine whether treatment is necessary in a speciffic apartment, and if so, where and to what extent. Their work crews are courteous and efficient, they're up front with tenants about what they need to do to keep mold from recurring, and their pricing is very fair for the level of service you receive. Dealing with mold is a scary thing, I looked at a lot of companies, sifting through reviews and had several companies come out. I was pleased with my meeting with Ricky at BH Environmental, the process was explained and I felt an aura of relief. The mold was in the kitchen ceiling and of the companies that came out he was the ONLY one to go upstairs and take a moisture reading of the bathroom floor, which as it turned out had a high moisture reading. They not only did a great job protecting and securing the kitchen with plastic, but used hepa filters, dehumidifier, and fans to dry out the wood after remediation. They also put a dehumidifier in the upstairs bathroom! I highly recommend them for your remediation needs!!
