OUR PROCESS

We begin with a thorough inspection of the area(s) of concern using moisture meters, thermal image cameras, and particle counters.

We always aim to find the source of the problem that is leading to mold growth. Once we have created a remediation plan for your property, our team of certified, highly-trained technicians performs the mold remediation work, by carrying out a strict protocol and explicit guidelines to ensure the safety of your family.

Our work is always warrantied (that mold will not return to the treated area) and guaranteed (to pass a post remediation test of your choosing).

We offer the highest level of service and workmanship in this industry. We do not use any chemicals, we use a safe, plant-based, and highly effective biological mold-killing product.

Every job is different and may present a different challenge.
I take pride in carrying out the initial investigation and getting to the bottom of the problem. In doing so, from the moment BH Environmental appears on the scene, the goal is to make sure that nothing is overlooked so that once remediated, the mold has zero chance of returning.

I enjoy building trusting relationships with my clients and addressing all their questions and concerns. We are responsible for the well-being of their family, colleagues, employees, etc. We do not take this responsibility lightly. I also strive to make sure that the client understands the steps in our process, from start to finish.

One of my favorite parts of the job is when I get to tell a customer that there is nothing wrong with their home. It’s even extra special when they have a bid for thousands of dollars from a different company and I get to see their face when I tell them that there isn’t actually a problem and that, instead, they can spend their hard-earned money on something else.
